We've designed a 4 week science-based challenge, focused on building muscle and burning fat while ensuring you are moving efficiently, effectively and most importantly pain free.

Whether you join us in person for live classes at B3BETTER or you join us online with LIVE FREE, you won't be alone, we will all be doing this challenge together!

You will be training right alongside me and your fellow challengers - we will sweat, push hard, and most importantly make REAL progress together, and I will tell you, just as I have told many previous clients "hate me now, LOVE me later"

The number one thing I always tell my clients when it comes to kicking off a New Year and getting their best results, is:

This challenge was designed with simplicity in mind. Fitness doesn't have to be complicated.
We are taking it back to the basics. We are going to focus on exercising 3-5 days week, eating clean whole foods, increasing our water, protein and steps. I guarantee, if you focus on these things, you will have noticeable results within the next 4 weeks.
Whether you are joining us live at B3BETTER or you are completing the workouts at home with LIVE FREE, all workouts will incorporate a variety of exercises to challenge your body and mind and, most importantly, all workouts are designed to leave EVERYONE feeling empowered and accomplished regardless of your current fitness level!
It is our goal for you to finish this challenge feeling stronger and ready to tackle the rest of 2023. We want you to focus on building habits that will last a lifetime. We want you to challenge yourself physically and mentally. We want you to allow these workouts to be a time for you to push yourself, decompress, and build confidence!

This is a four-week challenge that starts Monday, January 16th. Our goal is to incorporate habits that will ensure we are fit for life.

4 week done for you nutrition plan. With recipes and weekly shopping list.
​

You have the option of attending live classes at B3BETTER or working out at home with LIVE FREE's virtual studio.
​

You will be focused on moving daily, increasing your overall step count, drinking more water and upping your protein intake.

Weekly Zoom calls for accountability and group coaching.

1. When does the challenge start?
The challenge officially starts MONDAY JANUARY 16th.
4. What time will I have to workout?
In person classes are offered Monday - Friday at 11:30AM and 5:30PM and Saturday at 9:00AM.
Online workouts are on-demand. You will have access to our on-demand library that includes over 35 different workouts with various formats. Or you can use our app and take us to the gym with simple outlines and demos.
